We liked the subtle red wine flavor of this pot roast and would definitely make it again. It came out perfectly tender with plenty of juice to make gravy.
I opted for the slow cooker on this one so I bypassed the flourbrowning step and just threw everything in the crockpot for 8 hours on Low.
